Made to Order/Custom items: Shipped between 5-14 business days. Please order at least 2 weeks ahead of time before the date you need it, most of the time they do ship sooner.
All "Made to Order" items will have processing times written in the description of the listing. If you need the item sooner please convo me prior to ordering, depending on current open orders I can give you an estimated ship out date, if possible.
Because items are custom made to order i do not except returns or exchanges, if i made a mistake regarding your personalized items, I will be happy to replace.
Packages are deemed lost if there has been no update (for 15 business days within the US and 14 business days internationally) with the tracking number provided with your package.
If your package was lost, please contact us.
Packages that have been marked as delivered with the tracking information provided with your package cannot be deemed lost.

*Please note that the sizes above are bracelet sizes, not wrist sizes (i.e. they are 1 to 1.5 inches larger than your wrist measurement—see below). If a bracelet is either adjustable or has an extender chain, it will be noted in its product description.
How to measure your bracelet size: Wrap a soft measuring tape or ribbon snugly (but not too tightly) around your wrist, just below your wrist bone. Mark the length, (cutting and/or measuring the ribbon with a ruler) and add 1 to 1.5 inches. This is your bracelet size.

You will need all packaging & contents to submit your claim. You must hold on to it until your claim is settled.
All orders are shipped to the address on order.
If a package is "returned to sender" for any reason (other than my error) including "undelivered as addressed" the buyer needs to pay any additional shipping fees, including a 20% restocking fee.
Made to Order/Custom items will not be refunded. Buyer will need to pay for reshipping.
International orders: Packages that are returned to us as a result of incorrect address, failure to pay customs fees and/or other reasons are not refundable. We will reship at the buyer's expense.
ORDERS: Orders placed on weekends & holidays are processed on the following business day. Example: If you place an order on Sunday your order will be processed on Monday & not shipped out on Monday.

Returns are to be shipped in the same shipping method received. Other words if order was shipped using Priority Mail with tracking & Insurance then return will need to be shipped back in the same method.
If the return was due to a mistake on my end and the order is shipped back using a method more costly then it was shipped as, only the value of the original shipping method will be refunded.
Example: order shipped with Priority but retuned as overnight express, then only the cost of Priority will be refunded.
